1. A 50% non- refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm bookings.

2. ⁠All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, payments made will not be transferred or refunded.

3. ⁠A late fee of Rs. 1000 will be applied if the client is more than 1 hour late for their scheduled appointment.

4. The remaining amount must be settled on the same day either before or after the service. In cash or other modes of payment.

5. ⁠The following services are charged extra: travel, hair extensions and accessories, extra services and flowers.
